1. General Information
This document establishes the terms and conditions for using the website *[kalicases.com]* and the conditions for purchasing products commercialized through it.

Browsing the website and/or placing an order implies the express and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Definitions
Seller: The company [KALI CASES S.R.L.].
Buyer / Customer: The natural (or legal) person who places an Order on the website.
Order: An electronic document that serves as a form of communication between the Seller and the Buyer, through which the Buyer expresses their intention to purchase products from the Website.
Contract: An Order confirmed by the Seller, whereby the Seller agrees to sell and deliver the products, and the Buyer agrees to purchase and pay the price for them.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
The entire content of the Website (text, images, graphics, logos, software elements) is the property of [KALI CASES S.R.L.] and is protected by copyright legislation. Copying, reproducing, or using them without the prior written consent of the owner is strictly prohibited.
4. Online Sales Policy
* All prices displayed on the website are expressed in RON and include VAT.
* Prices do not include delivery charges, unless otherwise specified on the website.
* The Seller reserves the right to modify the prices of the products at any time, but products already ordered will be invoiced at the price valid at the time the order was validated.
5. Placing an Order and Conclusion of the Contract
1. The Customer can place an order by adding the desired products to the shopping cart and completing the delivery and billing details.
2. By finalizing the Order, the Customer guarantees that all data provided is real and correct.
3. *The Contract is considered concluded* when the Customer receives the dispatch notification of the Order from the Seller via e-mail (the automated message confirming the receipt of the order does not constitute acceptance of the contract, but only confirmation that the request was received).
6. Payment Methods and Invoicing
The Customer has the following payment methods available:
*Cash on delivery upon delivery of the package by the courier.

* The fiscal invoice will be issued in electronic format and will be sent to the Customer's e-mail address or will accompany the package.
7. Delivery of Products
* Delivery is carried out within the territory of Romania through rapid courier companies *[Sameday]*.
* The estimated delivery time is *[1-3]* business days from the order confirmation, but no more than 30 days according to the law.
* Ownership of the products will be transferred upon delivery, after signing the transport document and making the payment (if it was not paid online).
8. Right of Withdrawal (Return Policy)
According to OUG 34/2014, the Buyer (as a natural person) has the right to withdraw from the contract, without specifying the reasons, within *14 calendar days* from the date on which they took physical possession of the product.
* How to return: The Customer must inform the Seller by sending an e-mail to [office@kalicases.com]* or by filling out the return form on the website.
* Return cost:* The direct costs related to the return of the products are borne entirely by the Buyer.
* Product condition: The product must be returned in the same condition as received, unused, without signs of wear, in its original packaging (if possible), and with all tags intact.
* Refund of the amount: The Seller will refund the value of the product within a maximum of 14 days from the date it was informed of the withdrawal decision, but may delay the refund until the products are received back.
> ❌ Exceptions to the right of return: Products customized according to the customer's specifications, sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons and that were descaled by the consumer (e.g., underwear, unsealed cosmetics, food products) cannot be returned.
9. Warranties and Conformity
The products commercialized benefit from the legal warranty of conformity according to OUG 140/2021.
* For natural persons, the legal conformity warranty period is *2 years* from the date of product delivery.
* In case of non-conformity, the Customer has the right to request that the product be brought into conformity (repair or replacement) or, if this is not possible, a price reduction or termination of the contract (refund of money).
10. Processing of Personal Data (GDPR)

11. Disputes and Complaints
* This contract is governed by Romanian law.
* Any complaint from the Buyer will be sent to the e-mail address *[office@kalicases.com]* in order to be resolved amicably.
* If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the competence rests with the competent courts of law.
* Consumers also have the right to address the *National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC)* or use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
